Linden Place Historical Mansion and Sculpture Garden (Various Positions)
Job Description
Work study students are encouraged to apply for a position with Linden Place as a Gift Shop and Visitor Services Associate.
Duties include:
- greeting visitors
- answering questions about tours and upcoming events
- answering the telephone
- processing sales for memberships, admission tickets, and gift shop sales through Square
- making sure merchandise displays are neat and restocked
- light office work, as needed (mostly stuffing and addressing envelopes)
No experience is necessary and training is provided. Ability to work with minimal supervision, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance are required.
Hours available Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm and Saturday-Sunday from 10am-3pm (occasionally closing early due to on-site weddings).
Important Note: Position is located in Bristol (500 and accessible by RIPA bus, RWU shuttle (2 block walk) or private car.
